Dr. Kimberly Maxwell, Bozeman Montana’s family and pediatric chiropractor. After providing 9 years of dedicated Chiropractic service to the Bitterroot Valley (Montana), Dr. Maxwell married and moved to Big Sky and opened her Bozeman and Big Sky offices in June of 2008. Born and raised in Lewistown, MT, Dr. Maxwell grew up a free and adventurist child of Montana, immersed in the adventures of athletics, outdoors, ranch life, community, education and leadership.
Dr. Maxwell received her BA degree in Human Biology from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota followed up in 1997, with earning her professional degree, Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.), from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. Dr. Maxwell first practiced in London, England. In the fall of 1998, she opened her Bitterroot Clinic, Active Care Family Chiropractic, where she practiced for 9 years before opening Abundant Health Family Chiropractic in Bozeman and Big Sky.
Serving adults and children by teaching and improving individual health, wellness and optimal performance are not only Dr. Maxwell’s career path of choice, but also how she chooses to live. An example of this is when Dr. Maxwell qualified for and competed in the 1996 Ironman Championship Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii. When Dr. Maxwell is not guiding families in the elements of wellness, you may find her being guided by her hunter and gathering husband Brad of S and W outfitters in the art of fishing and floating the Grand Canyon. You may find her on the hiking and skiing trails in Big Sky, at the Holloway Pretty Good Horse Barn learning to jump her horse Little Chief, or walking her youthful 12 year old dog Shadow. Her passion for living her life to the fullest and serving humanity is evident in her pursuit of knowledge, and experiences that allow her to provide a unique chiropractic service to her practice members, community and profession.
